Survey on Phy-layer Key Exchange for Wireless Communication Using Neural Networks

The multipath-rich wireless environment associated with typical wireless usage scenarios is characterized by a fading channel response that is timevarying, location-sensitive, and uniquely shared by a given transmitter-receiver pair.We review the PHYlayer security algorithms whose function is based on neural networks. Specifically, we studied a full key exchange scheme which includes channel sampling and thresholding and neural network based error reconciliation.
